If anyone has been interested in purchasing a high vis jacket, Competition Accessories has a nice mesh Fieldsheer on closeout for $77.97 with all sizes available. I was at least looking to purchase a high vis yellow vest to throw over my current jackets but I needed a mesh jacket anyway for the Cali summers. I guess at my wiser age, fashion is no longer more important to me than function. I'd rather been SEEN!

I got one last summer for about the same price; it's a NICE jacket. I did order and install the optional back armor which is CE approved compared to the ~1/4" foam that comes standard in the jacket.

The only downside is it shows dirt really badly and it's not easy to clean. Instructions basically say the only thing you can do is rinse it with water and let it air dry. No machine washing, no wringing by hand, no dry cleaning, etc.

Interesting. Can anybody comment on the sizing? I'm 6'3", 230 lb. and long in the body and arms. My current jacket fits well in the shoulders but is too short in the trunk and arms.
