That was just a few miles from where I work... Heard about it from a coworker that was stuck in the traffic jam (shut down traffic both directions).

Wow. Wonder what the rest of the story was. Pretty stupid, and he didn't even touch the brake until he was already airborne (so I'm guessing alcohol or drugs were a factor...)
