So I just wanted to take a minute to share my recent experience with Kevin from Drummer. I recently bought a used Drummer SS from a Bueller who no longer needed it. Well as I asked the wrong questions of people and I ended up with a Drummer SS made for an XB12. Problem is I have a 08 xb9sx. Whoops! Anyway I was really disappointed and thought I would have to resell the pipe. Well that’s before I called Kevin. He and his staff where incredibly nice and informative and more than willing to answer every question I had. In fact they gave me some of the best customer service I have ever received. Which is amazing to me as I was never actually their customer. Long story short Kevin told me if I paid for the shipping he would swap the ends and put in a reducer for the size outlet. So basically I will be a customer for life!

I am also a very happy customer/fan of Kevin and his work. I loved the Drummer on my Firebolt and when riding season ends this year I will getting with him to work his magic on my Uly. It would almost be worth the lost riding time right now to go ahead and send it, but I am trying my best to be patient.

+1 on Drummer team!Got a DB killer from them on very short notice[made to order] for a upcoming ride,they got it to me in 3 days.Sounds+works great on the 1125r.

Just spoke with Kevin again. I have to tell everyone again that I may have never had better customer Service. A+++++++ The guy is incredibly nice and very knowledgeable.
