Tell everybody who will listen about their website, I do."

Pwnzor, speaking like Yoda you are.

So, Court, Al isn't good looking? :-)

Let it go.

Oh, it's gone, have no fear. I'd love to sell motorcycles again someday (and you've gotten an email to that effect, Court... ; )), but there is no sleep lost over the HD deal. I'm happier now than I've been in a loong time.

The only reason I wish I'd seen it coming is, literally the last bike I sold was to a friend. I'd have told him to put his money in someone else's pocket had I known what was coming.

So, Court, Al isn't good looking? :-)

Um, I'm guessing just not Court's type... : )

Regarding Buell parts that may be obsoleted eventually, do we have a list on this site of Buell part numbers that cross reference directly to H-D part numbers?

I've seen certain things mentioned here in the past like the knurled nut on the tubers's odo reset knob with a H-D part number. A list like that would be a good reference for common things like seals, rubber & plastic washer, control parts, etc.

Other than some fasteners and gaskets (most of which already have HD part numbers), the XB and 1125 don't share much with HD models. Tubers on the other hand have more parts that are shared but I haven't looked for a list so I don't know if one exists.

One thing I have seen and had heard confirmation for, many parts are getting superseded into an HD part. For example the 1125R exhaust clamps now have a Harley part number and look nice and fugly!
