Well I totaled my bike the other week at the track... I said goodbye to her yesterday, it was actually sad... Monday I pick up a brand new leftover 08 KTM SuperDuke 990. I'll post some pics of her. Already have the mods picked out. The mechanic at the shop is going to get me a price from on of his race buddies on a used full Akrapovic exhaust, and a PCIII. Yes, but also serves as the oil cooler, and the battery is in there. | ||

The Duke is really light up top compared to the Buell... Froggy, the Sport seat got toasted. I still have the stock one if interested? | ||

the super duke i test rode felt pretty good, but the light flywheel was odd, would take some getting used to i guess? | ||

I've been there- gots an old Beemer with a Crusty the Clown sticker on the headlight, hence the name of that bike... Just funnin- holla if you ever bring that beast to E-TN!  | ||

They do that just to get past legal regulations, they know it will be removed by many so they design them as an afterthought so to speak. | ||

Thanks everybody! This is my #2 dream bike. The 1st is a Ducati StreetFighter. But at 18k, it's out of my price range. 100% agree with the rear tail. I've got a tidy tail coming in the mail tomorrow. | ||
