The first secret was givin' above, Slow cook for 12 plus hours. Works best with a huge smoker and I'm not talking one that fits in less than the bed of a pickup truck. That's your base. The sauce is a flavor thing. Find the taste you like and buy gallons of it if the old guy making it won't teach you.

Hex,

When you come out to Nashville our signature HOT! chicken is on me.

***Note the 2 pieces of white bread. Nashville hot chicken is only fried after you order it. It is pulled out of the fryer and placed on the white bread to capture the cayenne infused grease. 2 Pickles count as a green vegetable.

DD,

When you come out to Nashville the Gentle Jack is on me. Only after a ride to the Lynchburg factory by the cave spring.

Pasta again, linguini and alfredo, I cooked it tonight so I added pickled olives, I ate it in the presence of my hot italian girlfriend. She had hamburger with cheeze on it.
The only one to complain was the Little Kid, so I warmed up some fish sticks for him and he ate the pasta instead, then his effin friends next door came over and ate the fish sticks and didn't even bring me a beer!
