Now just try to imagine that same bike without the battery pack, picking up power from the track at what ever voltage you want to crank it up to!

For the support Froggy has given to electrics I'm surprised he hasn't gotten one yet.

Its on the list, but I am picking up a Ural and an X1 first. Hopefully by this time next year I will have a Zero to replace my Blast.

Imagine railing in the hills while not making hardly any noise!

I think the quiet of it would be un-nerving, though. Anyone ever been snuck up on by a Prius or other hybrid?

I already do this all the time when engine off coasting. I scared the crap out of some guy who was jay walking to his van. Due to oncoming traffic I couldn't weave around him so I ended up stopping right behind him. I fired up my 1125R with the KEDA pipe, and it made a loud shotgun like bang which caused him to literally jump through the open window of his van. I took off fast after that!
