very good thinking Ft, if something means nothing to you now, a few years from now it will mean even less than nothing. A bad tat choice is one you'll likely take to the grave. I debated the knuckle tats for years, but always knew EXACTLY what I wanted put on them. They are without a doubt the most meaningful ink I have-but I also realized getting the hands done is a life altering decision...

I am done... after one on my upper right back and one on my upper right shoulder... my last one is from the butt crack, across my spine and then from shoulder to shoulder... I am done... not so much the ink, I like the ink, but I hate needles and I am due for a touch up... and I thought I knew pain before...

When they went across the shoulder blade, it was mind numbing pain for me... and I am a wussy I guess... I thought I knew pain after being a national level athlete for most of my teenage years... but not like this...

Also, in six sittings I took some Alleve before one of them, which actually probably thinned out my blood and it didn't heal properly... the nerves on that section are still sensitive... if you do it, remember, no drugs, alcohol or pain killers... big mistake on my part...

No, I will not post photos either...

Two most painful places on my sleeve were the inside of the wrist and outside elbow.

Good times.

Yep, Badlion- wrist is one horrible spot.Inner-upper arm near the pits-bad too. Gotta admit though, the knucks were the worst of all. Unfakkinbelievabe on all 4 digits. I am surprised at the amount of females that go right for the inner wrist.Guess the ladies are tougher than me LoL
The back of the hand you would think to be a bad spot, but its nothing at all. The swelling an hour or so later is epic though, and getting keys etc out of your pocket is miserable for a couple days.
Oh,the price we pay for beauty LoL

I was once looking at doing a toe tag with the date and cause of death left blank on the bottom of my foot.

Not my best idea. That crap would hurt like a mofo.

Although I do kinda like this one:

A 3/4 sleeve is a decent option if you're wanting full coverage. I marked out where a cuffed shirt rolled once ends up on my forearm, then started from an inch above that line. Lets you wear a dress shirt and roll on a hot day without anyone the wiser.
