Our site was started and managed by Al Lighton of American Sport Bike fame. Meetup continues to be an effective tool for organizing our meetings and ride events. We get head counts, feedback, and photos of our events. Al used to spend lots of time maintaining email lists and now it is almost trivial to call a meeting or organize an event.
