My sister in law's friend got laid off, went to file for unemployment and was handed a new cell phone and prepaid card for cell minutes. She replied that she already had a cell phone and that she didn't need the govt's cell. They told her to take it because she wouldn't have the income without a job to be able to afford it.... I guess I missed the part where a cell phone was a right given by the Constitution. |
