Buell2001b, I am all for the reforms. Far from perfect but an inprovment. Now we have to work on gettign some real market based priding incentives built into the system. And to you Ft_bstrd **** ***  If I coudl aford to retire I would do it now, I have a ton of stuff to do and work gets in the way. | ||

Get it straight, they are WORTH panels. Are you "worth" keeping around? Do you contribute more to the system than you take out? This admin. is NOT the first to think of these things. On a less serious note. We go through "bosses" like popcorn. The seldom get fired, but transfered from place to place, IMO to keep them scared. Most one layer above me are temp bosses, and are fairly competent. One or 2 layers above them are permanent drones, under high pressure, insane, incompetent, and hostile to anyone moving up from below. It's sorta like the Klingon Empire. | ||

I'm sitting in an odd seat. I have nobody between me and the owner, and my office is situated just off our war room. I watch shit roll down the hall and explode all over everyone in front of me on a daily. It's a result of too many cooks spoiling the broth. When the owner has to holler at me, it's because of something I did, nobody else. I sure do like watching the fireworks though! And I watch "operations managers" come and go... set 'em up, knock 'em down! | ||

Given that in the last 18 months the current administration has pissed away more than 15 times the entire GDP of New Zealand, some of us are a little concerned. I'd love to not give a shit. I really would. I'd love to be bored with politics. I wouldn't look to have this storm to pass any time soon. It will get progressively heavier leading up to November and will stay fevered until the election in 2012. | ||
