Ok, so your saying this 1999 new's report with very limited information somehow justified a full scale invasion of Iraq because occasionally they fired in to the air when they saw planes flying over their country? Were any of our planes ever shot down by Iraq? Can you agree that in 2003 our sole reason for going to war was because we were told Iraq had amassed vast amounts of WMD and it was crucial for our safety to go in and disarm them? Can you also agree that after the invasion which turned up NO WMD, we only then were given these other justifications for the war? Namely Iraq supporting al-qaeda which turned out to be completely false too? | ||

Does it really matter if we invaded under false prentice or not? We are there now in both Afghanistan & Iraq. If we do not stay in these countries and help with the rebuilding we are going to have an even larger problem for every nation. Look at the last 20 years. The UN with Somalia, Russia with Afghanistan. Look at the problems that were left with the power vacuum after the pull outs. Somalia warlords think they won. At least make an effort, you want to be taken seriously right? You wouldn't go into a job interview and use slang with your prospective employer would you? What sort of respect do you think you'll get when you don't take the time to communicate effectively? The English language is the second most powerful tool you have at your disposal, the first being mathematics. When you lash about at your wit's end because your argument has run out of fuel, and compound that with weak English skills it speaks poorly for your character as a person. Plain facts, sir. Sorry to bust into a long argument, but this video has been further reviewed by the media today. Only select portions of the video were shown with emphasis placed on discrediting the US military. Watch the unedited video in real speed then tell me what you see. Given the information from the troops on the ground and it seems as though the close air support was doing it’s job. The first guy that thinks he can do better in the same situation is invited to enlist and show us how it is done. | ||
