My sister had a little black rabbit that she brought home from college when I was in high school. That little thing pumped out at least a hundred poo pelletts a day. Filthy little animal. Are they all big shitters like that? Maybe I should get a ferret before a rabbit? But for now I think I am done with the furry friends...
My friend used to keep pet rabbits. Funniest story I'd heard was when he let it run around his apartment while he was outside chatting with friends.
That night when he wanted to watch some television, his remote wasn't working. When he checked it out, he discovered his rabbit had gnawed off every last button on the unit!! He needed a pen to press the buttons.
I've had all kinds of pets growing up, but I think I'll stick with the ol' reliable "Dogs and Cats." My current "companion" is a wonderful little cat whom I've had for 17 years. She's healthy enough that I should have several more years of her company too.
The little poo pellets are almost completely dry as soon as they come out. They don't leave marks on white carpet, and it's just chewed up plant material anyway. Meatpoop stinks and is all greasy.
Rabbits like to pee in the same place all the time. Inside, mine pees on the newspaper I put down, and when he's outside he always runs to the same spot on the lawn to relieve himself.
Remember when the M16 rifle came out and it was considered a "Mattel toy" in the gun world? How the hell did it go from that to an assault rifle/black rifle designation when nothing about it changed other than perception???????
What the legislation tries to state is if it's a tool for use on the land, sport or commercial (vermin control eg) purposes it's OK.
If it's intended use is humans - it's not.
The intended use of any weapon is to hit what it's aimed at. The weapon has no idea if it's aimed at a target, varmint, game, or human. Legislation trying to control what a weapon is aimed at by controlling the style of the weapon is founded in ignorance.
The thread drift that occurs in here sometimes boggles the mind. A thread that started out with cuddly photos of fuzzy little bunnies somehow evolves into a gun debate.
