Is anybody else keeping an eye on the "Find a Bike" feature on Buell? The count seems to be rapidly dropping now that spring is here. Seems like only a couple of weeks ago it was over 1000. Last week I'm pretty sure it was around 800. Today it's down to 640. At this rate, they'll all be gone before the end of May.

I'd guess there'll be some dealers trying to gouge prospective customers so that we'll wind up with a few Buells unsold for a long time (at least one dealer still has a tuber listed in Find-a-bike).

Anybody want to take bets on when/if it'll hit zero?

Dealership out on the corner by me had a row of about 20 in the parking lot last saturday.

I'm driving by, I'm looking, staring, wishing, and trying very very hard to remind myself, yo hey, you got one already...

Even when you have 3, that still doesn't work, and #4 finds its way home. : (

Yea, I know what you mean. I already bit on an 1125CR in October, and there's an 09 XB12XT still calling my name at the local dealership...

my multi bike discount made the rate actually LESS than insuring a single bike.

Thank you Geico.

The count is 600 this morning; 40 bikes sold in the 7 days since I started this thread. At that rate, it'll take 105 more days for all the Buells to be gone, or the last one should be gone about the 22nd of July.

Place your bets now...

I am once again down to just 1 bike period. I had to sell my beloved XB and I blew out the KZ but I really don't use them anymore . The CR is the best motorcycle I have ever owned and kind of fills every need.

Weather must be warming up everywhere. Down to 581 bikes tonight. That's 19 bikes sold in ~2-1/2 days.

People are finally getting their tax returns back, that and good weather means sales.

There's 8 Buells left in MN.
Sad.
I should go visit a few of them tomorrow. See if they will give me a test ride on a XB. I've always wanted to ride one...

Bikes are often sold, then things happen that makes the buyer unable to take it like unable to finance it, etc. It could also just be waiting pickup, one of the locals here had his new 1125CR sit at the dealer for a few months over the winter before he picked it up.
