Are any Buell dealers going to carry EBR parts? Just curious. |

Nope. I doubt he has enough profit margin built in. |

I say keep it internet only. If they did go to dealerships where would they go? The same harley dealerships that were so ecstatic about selling Buell stuff in the first place? (sponsors excluded) |

I asked this question to EBR and got a reply from Erik and he said that right now they have no plans to move into dealers for various reasons so of witch Steve mentioned. But he went on to say that in the future it could happen. |

Well, attitude aside, we race Buells and some of us have bought EBR parts already. If demand was there, we'd carry parts. Time will tell. Thanks for your continued show of support for dealers who enthusiastically sold Buells. |

HCHD has been and still is a great Buell supporter and I am sure if there was a demand they would be the first to carry. This may or may not be related; I just put money down on a slide in camper for the F250. It is a "Four Wheel Camper" and I would say it is a niche camper. They make them in California but they only have two distributors in the USA. One in WI and one in NC. You can pick the camper up at the factory to save on delivery fee or you can have it delivered to you house. It is a small operation making unique campers. I called the factory expecting to talk to a salesman and ended up talking to the owner for about 30 minutes, asking a bunch of questions. He has me convinced to come visit them the next time I am in CA and see their operation. The prices and demand for these campers (used and new) is high. The point being is it is an interesting business model. NOTE: I am picking mine up in WI during Homecoming and the salesman is a Buell rider and on this site. |

Very cool. I'd like to find a shell for my pickup but I've been really turned off by the cheesy cheap ones. I'd like one that basically makes the F-150 look like an Explorer. This guys stuff looks like quality work. |

Local dealer handling Buell parts let alone EBR part. I had to call Appleton for my parts, and I had 3 dealers within 60 miles of me, it was and easier to pick up the call phone one of the sponsors and within 3 days get the part without headache. |

Hd dealers carry Buell parts now. What this means "in most cases" is that you come in ask for a part, they order it, you come back a few weeks later and pick it up..why not call ebr order the part and have it delivered to you? Realistically if the dealers thought they'd make a profit.. |
