Woke up with a heavy head. My wife made steak and eggs for breakfast, it"s 50 or so here...went for a ride with a newly installed Special Opps...post ride Heineken,how cool is that? | ||

It's cool,I just was able to go for the 1st ride this year today also,strange weather we are 4 foot below average snowfall this year and its been warm (high 30s to mid 50s) there will be hell to be paid for this | ||

I got out for my first ride of the season today... the sky was grey clouds and bright sunlight... the leaves are still all on the ground except for a few orange ones stuck on the trees... and everything "popped" in my view... spring is coming!  | ||

Went out today extended ride. Repaired the #46 connector that was toasted. Voltage showed a good 13.6-8 with heated jacket on. Nice to have bike running and nice day to run it.Best ride I have ever had, just tired of fixing it. | ||

So today I made my KING baked butternut squash, baked sweet potato, steamed asparagus with parmesean cheese, and a swordfish steak-because afterall the type of meat is not defined in "steak". Somebody needs to mark this on next years calandar so we can get a "Heads UP" on next years celebration. Gosh, I did get steak on the 14th...but I cooked it! LOL! | ||

Ummm, is that a federal holiday? Gotta be sure to ask my GF about that one, why we haven't been observing it... Sounded like a great dinner- not sure how I could eat it AND... I guess he had a "happy ending" for dessert? Or maybe frosted taco pie? LOL | ||

I went for my first decent ride since my month of downtime...strafed some cornerz, cruised a while, went a couple of places I haven't been before..had breakfast at a rustic cafe'...even hooked up with a pack of squids for a while (until hooliganism turned to pure stupididity)..but Jezebel held her own, and I narrowed the chicken stripes a little more...I will say a Triumph triple has an awesome voice at full boogie...can't wait till the next time I can ride...my endurance is better than before and I think my focus is better.. |
