I am familiar with html and have used Dreamweaver, I am no expert, just basics. I am wondering if anyone knows if there another program similar to Dreamweaver that is inexpensive (or free) I can DL anywhere??

I've used Coffee Cup and Sea Monkey.
Both are easy to learn and both are freeware.
