Where does this thing plug into? The ECM?

Resistor Plug (for active intake solenoid)
• Use to cap off wires when throttle solenoid is removed.
Eliminates dash warning.

When you unplug the solenoid, the remaining open connector (where the solenoid was plugged) is where you plug in the resistor.

it goes into socket/ plug thing... lol its right there under the seat. the intake solenoid has a wire comming out of it then there is a wire harness/plug then more wires that go i dont have a clue where. the resistor is the male end i believe the other is the female. if i can find it i have pics when i removed mine

Unless you added an intake restriction solenoid to a XB, yes.

I honestly thought it was for a xb.... I was looking at the P&A catalog and there it sits... on page 38... right in the middle of a bunch of xb parts.... read it real quick and thought it was for the exhaust servo....
