Nahhh...buy it ride it, personalize it...leave off the bore kit..do the B-50 cams and carb mods to make it more fun..some bar ends, some superbike bars.
and footpeg mods...
But it is fine for commuting stock...use good tires not the dunflops...the chassis will flex and feel loosie goosie if you try any near kneedraggin shenanigans...but you have to push it pretty hard to get it scary....still a fun bike... |

Someone needs to come up with an "extended range" fuel tank for folks like me.
I (at 6'4" with 34" inseam) don't use the drivers seat. I sit on the passenger section and ride just fine. I can't imagine the range if the fuel tank extended to fill the driver seat!! That would probably put it WELL over 5 gallons...even at the rated 64mpg city that's over 300 miles! |

I've not yet found a bike that doesn't have a longer range than my arse.
I can punch 4-4.5 hours in a rig & regularly do (maximum drive time is 4.5 in one hit here)
But on a bike, my butt & knees & head & neck & arms need a break long before the tank hits reserve.
Must be getting old. |

A great commuter, and can be modified for a local fun weekend bike as well! I've really enjoyed mine.
