You have a winning team going Frank!! Can I have Lynn talk to my wife? Or will I have to start smoking? Team players are so great! |

Funny Etennuly!!! Well I got to tell you. If I can make it I look forward to seeing all of you at Homecoming. You all represent the best, at least to me. Brad, thank you. Frank |

Cliffburton, you can do it. I think day number 2 was very bad for me but I feel a lot better today. Lynn and I walked about three or four miles today and it helped. It sounds like you actually planned it out and that is something I wish I did. I decided Friday morning after thinking about 4 different things. I had already opened a pack and had one cigarette out of it and just wanted to see if I could drive to work without one, then I wanted to see if I could make it half a day, a full day, two days etc..... you get the idea. Setup obtainable goals and make them. I was just reading the web site Macdiver posted called Whyquit dot com and it is pretty good with a lot of advice. |

My savings will come to 1,620 dollars per year. I bought Buells for less than that. |

I am here for you Frank, hope to you see you and Lynn in Red River this August. Keep it up. My parents went to some sort of hypnosys seminar to quit. My Sister did it cold turkey. My brother... well he still smokes, but only because he's "not a quitter" |

Ed, yes, we will be in Red River for the annual South West Regional Buell Rally. It is always fun. It was great seeing you last year in Colorado after our chance meeting in NM while Lynn and I were waiting for Dr Greg... Small world. Frank |
