Absentee ballots were all counted a week ago. Brown swamped Coakley in the absentee. MA is one of the few states that do them first and it was a "leading indicator". | ||

I'd heard they had already been counted. . .but I see the deadline for submitting is MA No 10 DAYS AFTER ELECTION FOR GENERAL But they are counted . .
