I like it a whole lot... It keeps the spirit of the older logo's with a "Edgy" new, updated look. It does flow a little better when the text is broken up above and below though in my opinion. It would really pop with a little color too. If you do turn it and squint, there is a bit of a resemblance to the Honda mark, but what's wrong with that. It would be a REAL stretch to say the designer was influenced by the Honda logo... |

I love it, just as it sits, text and all. While I respect people's opinion to the resemblance, I don't think it has enough resemblance to fool my passing view at a distance. |

Man goes to his doctor & says "Every time I break wind, it sounds like a Japanese motorcycle" Doctor replies "Just a moment I think I remember reading about this problem in a medical journal, I have it here somewhere" After a few minutes of searching & reading the doctor says "Ah, I think I know what the problem is. Open your mouth" The man complies & the doctor has a look inside. "Yes" says the doctor "it's as I thought, you have an abscess" "An abscess? how does that have anything to do with my problem?" "Well," the doctor replies "Everybody knows that...Abscess makes the fart go Honda." Say, is there a back door out of here? |

i like it!!! makes it look mean, and says that buells not a bike to mess with, the old symbol i think looked to friendly and laid back for the kind of bikes it produced IMHO (not saying that i didnt like the old one, i just like the new one better!) |

Some people can't spell there OWN names! How can you expect them to spell other people's? I'm an Italian car fan & you wouldn't believe the number of ads for Alfa-Romeo's that are spelled Alpha, this from people trying to sell a car where they see the name written on it every time they get in the thing, it's on all the paperwork & also in the category section of the website they're posting the ad on!! WTF. Sorry, rant over, I'll go lie down for a bit. |

that's just as bad as my title reading "lightening" I called the DMV/SOS main line and the guy said "ok what did they spell.. holey cr** I can't believe they did that hahahaha" they have been sorting it out for over 6 months now. I FINALLY will have a correct title made up this month. (I hope) |

>>>I like it alot, but by the looks of it, he isn't Trademarking it?
quote:Trademark rights are established by either:
- actually using the mark or
- filing a proper application to register a mark with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (PTO).
Registering with the PTO is not necessary for establishing trademark rights. However, registering your mark can help secure benefits, such as an official notice of your claim to the mark, evidence of ownership, the ability to invoke federal court jurisdiction, a basis for obtaining registration in foreign countries and preventing the importation of infringing foreign goods.
It has been used. Therefore, it is TRADEMARKED. Good call, by the way. Some mistakingly think you Copyright it. Not so, a logo is Trademarked. Paperwork is in the process as required. Good question. |

I like that EBR's gone from a white pegasus to a black one. After all, we're ALL dark horses, now!

I like it, it is a clear evolution of the Buell brand streamlined, lean and mean. |
