pm me through the badweb for now please. The email is linked through the homecoming website, which as you stated, is down so no emails.
If you want to pay directly at paypal, look above.
PM me and I'll get you the address to send a check if you plan on doing it that way.
I'm really sorry for the issues, and I hope they're rectified soon.

Steve is presently doing upgrades to the site. Sorry for the down time. It should be up and running before nights end.

The upgrades are done now. Switched from a 1.2GHZ G4 Mac Mini to a 2.17GHZ AMD Athlon XP(running linux)

The site IS back up. And, by all accounts, is MUCH faster.

Sorry for the delay folks.

note to self, a 1.2GHZ G4 Mac Mini makes a very slow web server

Hey, it worked at least... And it doesn't cost us(the Homecoming planning crew) anything.

It was initially running on a Dual 1GHZ G4 PowerMac. But it's power supply gave up the ghost. Go figure, it was only about 8 years old : )

The nice things about Macs is just swapping the HD to a new one, and Voila' its up and running again. But the Mini was FAR too slow to really do it.

This "new" box is my first time seriously delving in to Linux. And there were some headaches to get it going(The virtual domain crap, since that box hosts 3 different domains).

Well Rocco and I went out to seal the deal with Alpine Valley and iron out some more details in which one of us or both of us will fill everyone in on soon.

Coming down the driveway of Alpine.

Tonight we officially locked in Alpine Valley Resort as the Host Hotel and Banquet Hall. The dinner will be Friday, June 18th.
Rooms will be locked out for us until the end of March. Reserving a room requires a credit card to hold the room, but you won't be charged until the stay.
Now for the "bad" news.
What we have left on the shopping site is it for availability.
Once the counter reads Zero, that's it. The banquet is sold out. No more seats are available. The hall is at it's legal capacity. With the 300 seats on Paypal, ones we received by personal check, and the "Adopt an Elf" seating (former BUELL employees that had their way paid by donations) we have reached the limit.
You, of course, can still attend Homecoming. However, you won't be able to attend the dinner/concert.
Keep that in mind. Buy now if you want to be involved.
Thanks.

sure. But you must let us know the name of the person you sold/gave it to as the "ticket" is registered to your name, and unless we know of the change, they ain't getting in.

If thats the case he would be the one we would be looking for to pick up the ticket. You need to make the same arrangements. Sorry for the inconvenience. Just we are trying to keep a level of security.

Even though Harley Davidson has killed off the Buell line doesn't mean we Buellers will forget the best bikes ever made.

Some of the our best recent memories include the Buell Homecoming events.

While we wont have Buell's official support, we can still plan a fun event. We locals will be doing the majority of the work, but we still need help, and we need your patience. This isn't a full time job for us. We still have jobs and families that will come 1st before the planning of this event.

Now that we have the Banquet and Host Hotel all lined up and ready, it' s time to start working on the other events for Homecoming 2010.
Plans are under way for T-shirts and event stickers.
We are planning on making maps for self guided local and not so local "twisty" rides. Maps will be available when you sign in for your event package at Alpine Valley. We will also try to post a link to those maps on this site.
We're working on getting a tour of the new Erik Buell Racing's facility. a trackday, group photo at the East Troy Town Square.
We have other irons in the fire, and the plan is to offer up enough to do without overwhelming the event with too much. We have to leave room for just hanging out together!
Please check this site often as it will be updated as information becomes available.
Also, make sure you read the side blocks here too as they also contain important info.

Thank you
Rocco,Dana and Steve

Rocco, Dana, & Steve, you guys are doing a terrific job with this Homecoming and many thanks for all the hard work you've done to make this event happen!

I truly think that in a few years we'll all be able to look back at the 2010 Buell Homecoming and remember it as the greatest homecoming ever! Because it was put together by true Buell enthusiasts!
THANK YOU!

Just bought two tickets for the Banquet. Counter shows 18 tickets still available....
Hope my kid can get a couple weeks "leave" for that time frame.

It takes a lot to pull an event together. You guys have pulled a lot together in a short amount of time. I think the Last Ride was just an indicator of how Homecoming is going to be!

I purchased my ticket...I just hope I can use it!

I'm having a great time doing this with Rocco and Steve. I had some terrible things happen during this past month that has made me want to just colapse. But working on this help's me keep focus. I've had some great things happen to. My bike is in Two Wheel Tuner this month. I've given Kudo's to all BadWeb Sponsors and this site itself. So yes the sponsors I made sure had some publicity and Blake for this fantastic site and all you Buell Freaks giving me either a hard time about my bike or the compliments.... you got thanked. So check it out. Should be at all your favorite mag. racks. Now we're busy trying to get some T-shirts done that everyone can purchase even if you cannot come to Homecoming. Detail's shortly.
