Today my wife and I found out we will be having a baby girl. She is 11oz right now and appears to be healthy. She is due on May 14, 2010. We will be naming her Addison Jade....but don't tell anyone! We are not telling our families until Christmas Day! I just couldn't hold it in...shhhh... | ||

jesse, congratulations and i hope the very best for you and your wife. and i promise not to go down and tell momma sue about it. maybe she'll have it early on the wife's birthday. may 10th. number's in the bran. so give me a call this weekend if you have time. maybe get together. court, congrats on your news also. becoming a granparent back in april just put a whole nother lite on life. unfortunately we're spread apart by about 1300 miles. least i was able to be there for the birth. hope you have the same opportunity. | ||

F32 Congrats on the bright news! Nice to see something great happening for you too Court. I have heard it said many times "If I could have skipped having the kids, and just had the grandkids.....". But I don't feel that way. The only bonus to the grandchildren is that now that you are older, it becomes important that when you are done.....you get to send them home. Four kids and so far four grandchildren.....wouldn't trade any of them....yet  as long as I can get someone to pull my finger! | ||

Cool deal!! We..... well she really, are having another one and it's due May 18th, 2010. She had the ultrasound last week to find out the sex of the baby. We had the tech write down the sex of the kid in a card and we're going to open it Christmas morning. | ||

Oh and life as you know it will never be the same after your daughter is born. I never fully understood how true that statement was until my son was born. | ||

Congratulations. We didn't tell family the names we had picked out until the baby was born and we didn't find out sex either so it was a surprise for everyone. Three kids later and I never got to use the boy name. | ||

Congrats to you as well Jim... I think every guy wants a boy. All the guys in my family said boy and all the women said girl. The women won! I don't care either way. My sister is the most exicted because now I won't watch her like a hawk as much with them boys that think like I did... |
