I just got a Foggy Respo breath guard to use in my Scorpion EXO 400. I put the thing in, tried the helmet on, and when I took the helmet back off, the nose clip thing dug into my forehead so bad it almost drew blood. What am I doing wrong? Does anyone use one with a Scorpion? I was wondering if it's me or the helmet.

How are you taking it off?

If you are pulling your helmet off backward, it will dig into your forehead.

If you are pulling your helmet off forward, the mouth guard shouldn't be anywhere near your forehead.

You can't pull a helmet off backwards. It just don't work that way.

I feel your pain. Literally. I haven't figured out a good way to deal with this, but, the foggy does work. I prefer the pinlock solution, but, my new Arai would require a $100 more thrown at it for pinlock. Seems criminal that the high end helmets don't include some fog solution. I know I'll break down and just get a pinlock. They are the best, and, least gimmicky.

I can get it to quit digging into your head. Send it to me. I'll put a bow on it and after christmas i'll put it in my helmet. It wont hurt you anymore.
