I know, they were playing a weak team, but still, Favre was 22-25, 213 yds, 4 TDs, 0 INTs. Coupled with the fact that he has a 107 pt QB rating for the season, I'd say that not only is Favre playing one of his best years, but also that Minnesota is quite possibly en route for the Superbowl. This coming from a long-time Green Bay fan. Way to go at 40! |

When you have Adrian Peterson your Job gets easier. Favre has not had this good of a team since 96. This team may even be better. But they have a few games to go before he can say that for sure. |

This is true too. Peterson is a Badass. What else would you expect from Oklahoma, right ? |

The future looks bright in Detroit. Anyone have any good DB's laying around? If ya do, call the Detroit Lions, they need 'em. |

Imagine what they could do with Charles Woodson and Darren Sharper... |

Hey, We've got guys like Chester Taylor, Jerod Allen, Bernard Barrian and Percy Harvin, who needs Woodson and Sharper? |

Those two were brought up due to my request for good db's in Detroit. The vikes have a very good defense, not lacking anything I can see in the games I've seen. Favre coulda let Adrian get a td or two for my fantasy team I have him in. |

Hmmm, had been thinking about a purple number four jersey, but something with Rice on it now sounds more to my liking--or maybe Harvin. |

I'm thinking a 69 jersey would be cool! |

Better? I won't even entertain that discussion until the Vikings win the Superbowl, and that has not happened yet. Remember the 18-1 Patriots? You are not anything till you win it all. |

Very true, but at least they don't have the arrogance of the Pats lol. I think my favorite part of Favre's season is the fact that he's thrown only 3 INTs all year, which is the main reason he has the highest QB rating of the starting quarterbacks this year. That from a guy that holds a record for most interceptions... |

Remember the 18-1 Patriots? Yeah...I do! I wanted to stick it up Mercury Morris' ass! Instead, the little retard brother of Peyton Manning stuck it up ours... |

Koz, I'm not talking about the Pats. I'm really referring to Favres own comments regarding the present team that he is playing for. I agree with him on that. He said him self though that theres a big part of the season left. |

No we suck. No Line No running game, and a QB who looks gun shy. Thank God we have a good punter and a good kicker. However i would still rather be a bears fan than a Packers fan. Oh and i still maintain that the Vikings suck and Favre still swallows. |

Yeah the Packers play them Thanksgiving. Packers always struggle at detroit a bit. Could be a day that Thanksgiving dinner goes down rough. I think the packers will go to the Play-offs but will get knocked out quickly. |

No worries BadS1, I don't see detroit puttin up much of a fight Thursday. Rogers should have no problems doing whatever he wants against the det secondary. |

Yeah I know that detroit is in bad shape. Thing is they always play us tough when we are there. Good or not. |

I'm not too thrilled about the nfl this year. My beloved Denver has a new coach at the helm who came from the team I hate the most (pats) and hasn't done much of anything to show improvement over Shannahan's last few years. Orton, the new qb, is alright but doesn't appear to perform well under pressure. I miss the '97 Broncos. I've heard rumors that the Bills are talking to Shannahan though.. Anyone know anything more about that? |

Dunno. I know Bill Cower(sp?$) turned down the thought. I would like to see Denver better, but Orton is injured. I think his bad plays the other night had a lot to do with that. If he had been healthy and started the game against SD, I think it would've more closely resembled their meeting earlier this year. |
