Since so many folks are asking questions about starting-out on suspension settings and are a bit uncertain about it (going by the book) - the vid shows clearly just WHAT is being measured and set and what is meant by "sag." Again, the manual is a decent starting point but if you REALLY want to get much closer, follow Dave's thoughts - and measure sag directly. It'll tell you a LOT.
