Neil, thanks for the offer. I do want to actually meet you one day, but I am OK right now. Maybe we can go for a ride sometime soon. We must have about the only two XTs around here.

Dan, sorry I didn't see this earlier.

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your sister.
My Sister and my Mom were both diagnosed last year in October. My sister is doing well, unfortunately we lost my Mom on her birthday this September.
However, Mom let her cancer get too far along before she did anything about it.

I pray that your Sister has a full and speedy recovery.

Just because they find cells in a lymph node does not always mean that there is spreading. A bit of extra radiation can go a long way in knocking that out.

Hang in there! And tell your Sister that I am praying for her.

Thank you all. My sister had an appointment with her surgeon today at noon to discuss the results of her pathology report. It is now almost 2:30. I haven't heard from my sister or mom yet. Waiting is hard.

Neil, I am sorry I haven't responded before now. I haven't been back to this thread for a few days. Tell you what, let me get through my mother-in-law's visit for Thanksgiving and I'll buy you a big cup of coffee on a Saturday morning.

Ratyson, thanks for the words of encouragement. I am very sorry about your mom, but I am glad your sister is doing well.

I finally heard from my family. The pathologists report said they didn't find cancer in any additional lymph nodes. So only 1. That is very good news! I am very thankful. She still must have chemotherapy and radiation, and they want to do some additional testing to be sure the cancer has not spread, but the news today was the best it could have been.

THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR PRAYERS!

Dan
