...for Heisman. He has about the same qualifications for Heisman as he did for the Nobel Peace Prize. So, click the link and use the write-in box.

That's a very important photo if you want to understand Barack.

A friend of mine says Barack is a very angry man. He was raised an outsider through most of his childhood, and has reason to be a chameleon.

Think about school. First, in Indonesia, where he was an outsider since he was, American, Miixed African White, with the crazy hippie Mom, ( opinion, I never met her ) and then Hawaii, a motherless kid who gets racial attitudes, both for being a black kid in a white private rich kid school, and a non Hawaian from the "native" Hhawaians. And we still got the screwed up family life.

Then off to college, and a nice immersion in leftist ideology, and "rules for radicals" approach for getting inside to change the system. To be a mover, you have to be allowed in the club. So you cross the "t"'s ( harvard law review ) and make the connections, and truth or honor has nothing to do with it.

Of course he could just be a guy who's really wanting to help all mankind, I just don't agree with how.

Why be mad at him for winning the nobel peace prize? He wasn't the one who voted for himself to receive it.

Nobody is giving him a chance to prove anything he hasn't even been president for a year yet...Things do not happen over night everyone is rating him on projections of what they think will happen instead of waiting to see the true out come. Why fight over health care and keeping millions of "CHILDREN" from getting the care they really need. It's all about the money!!! Big insurance is the one of biggest fighters of it and they are lining the Republicans pockets...Everyone must remember he inherited one of the worst situations ever created by a previous president. President Bush went down as one of the worst presidents in history. I say he was the worse one...I still blame Bush for the problems we have in the country. If he would have gone after binladen instead of invading the wrong country. I truly believe the U.S.A would not be as bad as it is. It would be messed up but not this F'ed up. F Bush forever!!!! No pun intended.

One morning about 8 years ago, a group of people who follow ideals most Americans were previously unaware of -- killed over 3000 of our citizens in just a few hours.

The world had changed and it all dropped in Bush's lap.

I am personally happy that we had a president with some backbone in the office when it happened. Things could have gone quite differently over the months that followed without the kind of response we did. People who blame Bush for everthing over the last 8 years have their heads firmly up their a**.

As far as BHO goes, based on evidence so far and the fact that when he speaks without a telepromter he reveals his true beliefs, he will go down in history as a weak and ineffective president. Thank God he was not president on Sept 11, 2001. He probably would have said we deserved it.

While I understand the comment, It's possible that a real crisis ( as opposed to the fake ones he uses to grow his power ) would have Barack growing into his responsibilities. I mean, I doubt it, but it's possible. I "hope" it's true that he would "change", for the better. He's got the cojones, but not, IMO the moral compass. I hope I'm wrong on that last, for all our sakes.

Bush was not well thought of by his enemies, and was not thought to be a great President even by his allies, before sept. 2001. Despite years of propaganda, he did free 50 million people, and we had no further major terrorist attacks on the U.S. during his term. My dislike of his economic & public relation decisions is tempered by those facts.

"What do you think?" asked a friend at dinner last night. "The way I see it, Obama's goose is cooked. He's stuck. He can't go forward and he can't back up. He can't back away from all those promises - including his promise to rescue the U.S. economy. If he does, the voters and his own party will revolt. On the other hand, he doesn't have the money to go forward. He has to borrow it. And if tries to borrow much more, the Chinese will revolt.

"His only hope is that the economy revives...so he doesn't have to do anything. And that's not going to happen."

Why not? Wait a minute...you already know the answer to that question. Because it's a depression. It's the end of the road for the consumer credit economy. Consumers did their best. They borrowed as much as they could. They spent like there was no tomorrow.

But now, it IS tomorrow. And now, the government and the borrowers have to settle up. Obama will be defended and blamed, as always, so will Bush for that matter.

This is going to take awhile and those klepto-crats in D.C. haven't a clue how to pull off a recovery.
