Patents are nearly expired.

Cool idea but heads have to be GYNORMOUS to get volume.

It IS by the way a cool idea but at the time (back when he was starting out) the materials available for the valves wouldn't tolerate the wear.

Interesting to re-visit the concept with more updated materials.

I love the idea of NO valve floating and if you bust a valve chain or anything in the valve train, the motor just stops - NO valve/piston wreckage!
