Appears to be a Lightning. I know the XB front end swap is popular with some Suzuki riders, so its hard to say for sure, especially since he isn't running Buell stock bars/controls.

Actually the more I look at it, the more it looks like something with a Buell fairing grafted on. The bump kinda looks off center, X1?

I'm going to say its a Cow a socky 650R with a XBS faring.

Didn't some of them have red handlebars?

Uh, those look like stock switchgear and definitely the Buell OEM master cylinder/reservoir.

That is a Buell.

I am not so sure that is a Buell. The angle of the bars and the shape of the fly screen makes me think it is not a Buell.

It is interesting how the cables attach to the throttle.

Of course it does not matter what Mr Perry is riding in the pic. He has around 30 bikes and is an avid motorcycle enthusiast.
