I have lots of footage, this is the first little "film" I've put together with what I had on hand.

The camera is a VHoldR ContourHD, and I put it together using iMovie on my Mac... it's short, but the whole project took maybe 30 minutes to put together, and I could do it in 10 if I had to again.

Music wasn't my choice, but YouTube is pretty strict about copyright stuff, so you gotta use open source stuff. The original is put to "Kickstart My Heart" and has a little different feel to it, lol.

Looks good! I just got a HERO camera and I have been playing with different mounts and taking rides to see what would be best for a 8 minute ride video through HWY 19 in Missouri here... you can get a little knee down on this road and have a great time and ride safe. Have you been playing with different mounting positions?

How is the sound before adding music? Is it all wind or can you hear the bike?

All wind, but I haven't used it since putting the new exhaust on. When stopped. you actually hear the radiator fan more than the engine.

Geforce - I played with locations a bunch before deciding on a spot. I really wanted to put it on top of the airbox so you could see the dash, but it was too low and the tach just took up the whole shot.

Another cool angle was down low on the clutch cover, but it didn't seem very secure. Too bad because the view was awesome so close to the ground and with the front wheel in view.

I settled on top of the left radiator pod - easy to reach and the angle is okay.

I'll have it with me for my track day in a few weeks.

The hero cam comes with a handful of mounts. The one I like the most is the giant sucky cup mount. It looks ridiculous mounted to anything but a windshield. But you can make it attach very well to clean plastics and helmets. I flopped it down on my airbox and it gives me a good 3-4 inches of height so you can see the windscreen, IC, handlebars and my gloves. I had the same thought about down low but since my passenger footpegs are gone I will have to figure out another way to get it attached.
