My brother-in law is graduating from Quantico today from the Marine Officer Candidate School. His last of two 6 week bootcamps. I wish I was there. He will finish 2 more years of college and go in as a Lieutenant and start to fly jets. Pretty sweet deal. | ||

Guilty as charged Sam!! Had to take advantage of it actually being a nice day out before I have to go into work tonight. Right after that, I went back home to take the 12S out for a little bit. This really is a great and fun game. Get to see some cool stuff from everyone's communities. If no one posts by tomorrow morning when I get home from work, I might have to head back out there and retake the picture... this time, with my boot in it.  | ||

ok i can see this thread is taking off, however do we need to structure it a tad before it gets stretched out and possibly loses interest? i.e pic should be of your bike with certain surroundings or locations and then some flair for bonus points. if after posting how long can the winner take to post the next task before its defaulted to maybe the previous post winner or wolfie or the first person to post after the time allotment. and maybe how long for a posting to be completed before moving on? just suggestions to maybe help the post move along. just my two cents. anyone keeping score?? im enjoying just looking at the pictures since im having getting trouble getting time to ride recently. keep up the good work guys and ive got pkforbes in the lead with 40 pts and then toona with 30 and wolfie, amermadexb chadr81 and ochoa tied for third with 25 pts. 10 points for the posting and 5 xtra for each flair point. sorry i was bored. I say if the winner fails to post a new mission within 24 hours the second place for the last mission gets to pick. i.e. If Chadr81 posts his dam but no mission in 24 hours the next dam pic gets to set the mission. That we get more pretty bike pics because there's a reason to post even if you aren't first. No reason to waste the ride for the pic, right? My 2 cents. I think Americanmadexb started the thread, so the final rule decision should be his. | ||

Shag, i agree.. When i started this i surely didn't expect this to take off the way it did! I wanted this just to be a fun thread to make people get out and ride, and looks like its working. So, i guess we can set some kinda rules to make it go smoother.. 1. Background pic and your bike is a MUST! 2. Bonus points are encouraged but not a must! 3. Keep the missions somewhat simple for everyone but not so simple where we have 10 people posting pics at the same time. 4. Because of time zones, each mission should be posted for at least 24 hrs, Unless everyone agree's it's something nobody wants to do, ie. "Smiley Burnout", in that case the last one with the failed mission will get to choose again. 5. If a mission is won and then not given the next mission, you will have however long it takes for us to start asking where you are and whats the next mission before it defaults back to the last one who won. 6. If you completed the mission and someone beat you to it, post it up anyways! I cant think of anything else right now.. i say these are simple enough and we all can play the common sense role and just have fun!! As for points... Shag i will leave that up to you!!
