I got e-mails from two folks at about the same time the other day from Iraq and Afghanistan offering "flown flags" and I think one of them was wanting a Buell flag flown at Buell.

I've been buried this week getting ready to leave and will go back and check the e-mails . . sounds totally doable.

Heck . . . I may fly one over the old barn at sunrise!

: )

Kevin,
I think Chris is all over that one here on our end.
Jim, thank you for posting the pics, I waited for about an hour and they would not upload on Badweb. Took 15 minutes to get them on Yahoo.
Todd, hmmmmm, special request, let me think. ahhhh, something that looks good, somethng delicious, something wiht some walnuts, kinda dark in color..... I see brownies with walnuts! Always a big hit, I hand them out as soon as I get them. If you could post up or send a picture of them baking, I would love to hang it up. Send me thier ages, I will be happy to write them a letter to know how much we appreciate it.
Take care one and all, for those going to Buell's Anniversary, have fun looking forward to reading about it.
Brian

There you go, I do happen to have a special request for a Temp Gauge that goes over 120. The mercury one we got is usually just red most of the day.
Nice pics Steve, stay safe,

Hay Jim thanks for posting the pics. I also got your package to day. everyone here is suprised that some one I don't know would send so much stuff. I got you magazines, also thanks for the patches. I am originally from CT, so I was hoping to get a NEBO patch at some point.
Stingaroo, the temp guage was flashing at me, it wouldn't go over 122.
Thanks again and everyone here thanks you also.

How long does it take a package to get there? Would homemade brownies survive the trip in regular packaging, or would it require some sort of, well, I don't know, hermetical-type sealing?

Hypothetically.

My shipment to Stingaroo took about a week.
The brownies were fine.
I froze them SOLID inside a gallon sized ziplock bag. Got as much air out as I could before freezing.
They were wrapped with bubble wrap in the center of some other stuff. They probably stayed frozen for at least a day or two.

I'll do the same next time too.
