I had the bears and 4pts for ten dollars with 2 people then a side bet for 5dollars for MVP. Lost that too to one person.

Bears SUCK!

F*c*i*g Grossman. I can't stand Manning but I'll admit he's a good QB when the pressure isn't on - and there was definitely NO pressure tonight. Grossman's not worthy to carry Manning's jock strap. POS.

How the Bears scored:
A kickoff return
An interception
A field goal
Not ONE SINGLE FREAKING POINT from the offense. WTF.

I thought I'd seen everything before, now I've seen a bear get screwed by a horse.
(Ask me what I think of Rex Grossman..)

I'll catch hell tomorrow at work. I've been talking alot of smack with the latter-day colts fans and the bear-haters. I'd call in sick but that'd just postpone the inevitable.

And this surprised you Mike?

I kept hearing for weeks that the Packer victory wasn't REALLY a victory. "The Bears weren't really trying". Which was B.S. The Packers just out played 'em. Just like the Colts out played them tonight. For the bears to succeed they need to dump good 'ole Rex. But they wont : )

On a happy note, Favre is coming back for another year : )

I won money as well, very happy about that, but Mike......Grossman threw a touchdown to Muhsin Muhammed, they did not score on an interception, Indy did...so you meant
Kickoff
Touchdown Pass
Field Goal
It could have been more competitive, but I loved the fumblefest of the first half.

HELL YEAH!!!!!! Colts are Super Bowl champs!! i won $230. Ive kept my mouth shut for 2 weeks with the Colts haters, now i get to go to work and piss everyone off!!

The Bears where NEVER going to win that game as long as Rex was in the game! It went exactly as i said it would. They would score 1 on a Hester run back a field goal and a TD by either Jones or Muhammed! my prediction was 31-17, close!

i thought it was a good game, if you think it sucked, your a Bears fan

A lousy football game, hardly worth watching.

What really made me mad was the criminally inept CBS camera crews that weren't smart enough to know how to keep a camera lens from fogging up on a cool rainy day. What a bunch of fair weather dweebs!

I thought it was a good game. Superbowls usually stink, and the action was happening, ( especially the first play.) even if the Bears didn't do as well as the fans hoped.

Great commercials, and Prince sang some rock, no Milli Vanilli posing. Ok, I'm not a big Prince fan, but well choreographed action at halftime, & real singing, not the simulated violence against women idiocy from Timbersumtin that set back my chances of seeing naked women on network TV a decade. ( nothing like being a feminist who likes to look at scantily clad women )

It was an ugly game to watch. How do the "two best teams in football" combine for that many turnovers? Still, Happy for a Colts win! It nice to see a class group of guys win a major title. (BTW, I'm from Indy, too).
How is it that Manning "Can't win the big one" when most (nearly all) of the "big" games he's lost were when his team was the underdog?
Colts ran and stopped the run. Not too sure that's Grossman's fault. I'd love to see Griese in there, or even Orton since I have some ties to Purdue but I don't think that would have been enough of a difference.

wrt half-time -- I heard a sports commentator talking about superbowl half-time shows a day or two before the game -- he asked what the deal was . . . do we have a shrt scrimmage between a couple of teams during the break of an Eric Clapton concert?

made me chuckle

Damnut:

Should've beat Pittsburgh. All other home playoff games were won.
I didn't pay attention to the Tennessee years but since most of the talk is about losing to eventual champs Florida for several years I'm guessing that they were not favored in nearly all of the games.
Whataya got?
