I can imagine Buellers collectively realizing right now that the BEST Buell salesman, and just about the nicest guy in the business will be moving on....

Oh, and than there's this Daves guy...what's his deal?

Seriously, good luck with the business and your family. You haven't gotten to this point without extreme dedication and motivation. I wish you the best!

Wow Dave, I never would have expected the change. The move, yes (totally understandable) but with your passion for the brand, no.
It will be great to have you back here as a riding partner. I'm not a bow hunter but have many friends that are so I'll send them your way.
We'll have to have a big "Welcome back Dave" party for ya!

SAY IT AINT SO!!!!!!!!

Dave, you have to get someone up there at Appleton HD / Buell to hook us up and continue the work you do. To be 100% honest, My road time over the last year would be about 50 percent less if it wasnt for you and your parts. There is no Buell parts in North Dakota WHATSOEVER...... You have been my lifeline for all things BUELL. Hate to see you go. THANKS for all the hard work.

And now a prediction about Buell sales without Dave for the year 2007 : 10% decline. Feb 10 will indeed be a dark day for Buellers throughout the world.

I'm utterly speechless.

Dave... Good luck and I hope it all works out for you.

BadWeb... Good luck and I hope it all works out for you. The days following Feb.10 are going to be long and hard without a great man like Dave.

However, ya just have to support a fellow bowhunter, don't ya?? Awesome. Take Care Dave...

Dave...Congradulations!

I am glad you made the decision to move back home as I have told you before, I lost two perfectly good Wives due to my extensive travel schedule.

Wish you all the best in your new venture. If you approach it as you have Buell, you will be a guaranteed success.

Dave:

Congratulations and "Thank You". . . there is no more elegant way to demonstrate you have Buell running in your veins than following your heart . . .

I'll have more to say, but most importantly . . just "Thank You".

ya know, I've had a little bit of time to think on this -- and I am of two minds, entirely

the selfish swine in me is bummed avoer loosing my Buell source -- but the part of me (larger) that likes to think of me as Daves friend rejoices!

Brad, that is a big part of it.
I have always wanted to own my own business.
I am soon to be 44 years old.
My original goal was to be in business for myself when I was 30. I didn't make it.
I want to take the chance and see if I have what it takes to run the show.

CONGRATS! KANDIE!

Oh yeah, and to you too Dave ;)
That is good news!
Best of luck in your business venture.
If I know you at all I believe you will be the Daves of archery in no time at all.
I really hate to see someone as gifted with customer service as you to leave the Buell business. There have been many many times that you were the only source for anything Buell to many folks far and wide. You were also key in keeping Buellers being Buellers when other dealerships would not step up to the plate. Whoever takes over for you has some pretty big Buell boots to fill!
Congrats again, and best of luck!

Dave,

Best of luck to you in your new endeavor. You've been more than helpful for so many of us the words "thank you" don't seem to be enough. You will certainly be missed on the buying side of things but hope you will continue to post here on BadWeb! I'm sure Kandie will be glad to have you home. I wish you all the best.
