Just wanted to pass on info on a custom seat that was made for my son's XB12R. The company is in So. Cal. called C & C motorcycle seats. They took his stock seat and reshaped the foam, covered the seat in leather with flame stiching. My son said the seat is a little lower and very comfortable. Check out the pic. Take care.

Very nice. What'd it run?

I've been looking at different recovering options as my M2 is going to need new upholstery soon.

The best I've found so far is a company in Sacramento that specializes in marine grade seat covers. Their primary market is in watercraft, but they do motorcycles as well. They haven't done one for an M2, yet, so they would do it for a reduced price, but would need my bike for a week or two to create the pattern.
