Anyone know what Motorcycle was used in the 1980 film "My Bodyguard"? I think it was a Norton or Triumph, but cant find out for sure...

Going purely on memory... I seem to recall it being a pedestrian CB350T Honda.

From what I saw there it does look like a cb350 or so.

although the cylinders he is holding in on pic are more likely for a 650 or 750.

shows how much you can rely on 2 decade old memories

OK, Follow up question. What is the "coolest" old school bike out there? I'm not talking Big twins, more along the lines of Cafe racer stuff... Why do yo pick your favorite?

I agree with Brian, it certainly looks an early CB350. I thought I could make "Honda" on the points cover in the close-up of them taking the head off.

My 2 cents worth and I am sticking to it

For me it was and still a soft point, the old 750 Hondas K0 and K1 models, the 1st 4 cylinder bike that really sounded good , specially if you removed all the baffle plates from those 4 exhausts. Had 2 of them....

I dig the street-trackers based on the Yamaha 650 thumpers (XS series?)

I wonder if the suzuki savage motor would be a good candidate for a similar build.
There should be loads of those laying around unused.

The old cafe triumph 650s are sweet too.

I'd think a blast based street-tracker or cafe would be cool too.

On a similiar note, in the movies Kill Bill, what were the bikes that the Crazy 88s and Uma rode??? They were different bikes but I don't know what they were...

Never had the pleasure or riding or owning one, but it would be hard to beat having this in the shed...
