That was great. I need to learn flash. I have all the software but not enough smarts.

Ramon, If you look in "Help" it has probably the best step by step tutorials I've ever run across.
Macromedia and Adobe rule when it comes to learning their software.
Hijack complete! ;)

Yea,

I get confused with the layers and tweens.

The layers don't seem to work like they do in photochop, I'll give it another try.

Have you seen this guy's work?
Adam Phillips

I hope to someday be half as good at Flash as Adam

or these guys - make sure to check out the other sites here - absolutely love the zooming webpage.

The thing about PhotoShop and Flash, is the fact that while creating, I loose track of time easily. I find that hours have gone by in what seems like minutes. I have to be careful. Sometimes I set an alarm.

I'm sure that once I get the hang of flash, I too will become lost for hours at a time, which is fine by me, but K may think otherwise.

I hear ya!
Mrs. Glitch has to slap the back of my head every once in a while.
Just start out with the simple stuff, and build from there.
It's pretty easy once you get through the beginning of the learning curve.

Spidey,

There's so much to photoshop, I've been using it for about 5 years now and only know about 30% of what it can do. Keep at it.

I only wish it was more versatile when it comes to working with vector graphics. Illustrator is good for that but, it's so different than photoshop.

I usually end up using several programs like Fireworks & Freehand to work on the vector stuff.
