I need some input . I'm headed to San Antonio for December January and February, and I want to put my XB in my truck and bring it with me. Will it be worth with given the time of year?

I spent 8 months in San Antonio over 5 years ago, and I remember it getting cold at night over the winter, but didnt rain much. Is there much riding this time of year?

Being stationed in North Dakota anything other than cranking the heater up and staying inside is impossible Sep 15 to Mar 15, so realistically I think it would be worth it to gain 15-20 days of riding, even if thats all I can get. Better than nothing.

Should I bring the bring the bike or not??

THANKS.

It's a crap shoot. Weather is all over the scale. 20° to 80° and everything between. "Winter" is usually somewhat rainy but there should still be good riding days.
I live near Houston and "Winter" here means you may be able to wear a long sleeve shirt without sweating very much.

Nd, I live up here in Dallas. It's usually a few degrees warmer down in SA. You'll get a few days to ride, some warmer than others. It'll be worth the trouble bringing the bike down...

Absolutely it will be worth it! Be sure to check out the Hill Country out by Leaky, TX, not too far from Kerrville. Great riding out there.

Yeah, bring the bike. I'm just north of Houston and know that part of TX. Some days will be too cold to ride, some days it will rain, but there will most definitely be days to ride, and some beautiful roads to see. This part of the country has some pretty mild winters. We ride year round here.
