In October, they will be releasing a DVD of the "Speed On Two Wheels" program that was The Speed Channel.

This was a great program and the DVD will have another 15 minutes of footage that was not in the original program.

More info here:

If you order it before October 7th (pre-paying with PayPal) you'll get free shipping.

I swapped a couple of emails with Dylan Weiss, one of the guys that made the film, and here is what he says about the DVD:

"If you enjoyed the broadcast version of the show I think you’ll really enjoy the extended version. Due to broadcast time constraints we had to lose a lot of great stuff including two Nick Ienatsch dirt bike sequences (gyroscopic effect & contact patch) and an entire interview with Aaron Yates. As a motorcyclist myself, I think both parts are very cool. There’s also a tremendous amount of additional interview footage with Mladin and the two Haydens that really speaks to several of the topics in the show (front brake, youth, experience, racing, etc.)."

Dylan is not a Bueller but he does like one of the other "good V-Twins". :>;)

I liked the part in that where they show the dyno plot for Tommy Hayden's Supersport bike after having the engine worked over. yeah it's just a stock bike, with and extra 20 SAE RWHP on an inertial dyno.
