I have only been able to find the "abstract" view of it. Which means they do not have the full article on my virtual library.

Shoot me a email at slimspideyATgmailDOTcom and I can email you what I have...

The good old fashioned university library will likely have the real thing available, and sometimes librarians are cute and helpful too. : )

The law school library might be another good bet.

Does the book have an ISBN number? If so, that would help to pinpoint it.
