I was passing through Allentown yesterday when I noticed that I could use a back tire really bad. So I called up Crossroads HD & Buell and they put a tire on on the spot. They had one Diablo in stock so I took it.

That set me back about an hour on my day. So I got back on the road and about 5 miles away from the dealership my clutch cable snaps. It was due to happen, it was stiff ever since I messed with it.

They sent out their pick up guy to get me. By the time we got back to the shop they had been closed 20 minutes. Three guys hung out with me while one of them soldered a new cable nut on. They stayed about an hour after closing just to help me out then didn't charge me anything. Not even for the lift.

Were they drunk or something?

That is great to hear. Wish more were that friendly! Shops around hear would have soaked you of all your cash, especially knowing you were broken.

I don't know about what you guys have been hearing, but around here, two new XB 12's have shown up at work(approx 2500 employees), and every time I'm at light someone says cool bike who makes it.

Yeah i miss PA most of the Harley/Buell dealers are pretty good.

I know that when we get a letter like that, the employees mentioned want to wallpaper their offices with them!

You should take a few minutes and send something to Buell. They could probably use the smile since they're used to getting yelled at. Or at least, yelled toward.
