What are you folks wearing under your leathers to aid in doffing/donning of them?

Alpinestars Tech-race top & pants http://www.alpinestars.com/_lp/moto_accessories_frst.htm (click on 'Go')

The Summer combo is my #1 choice underneath a vented suit and the thermal combo is great in Winter. I've had mine for two years and they're wearing well.

I use a Cool Max type compression top and shorts. I also use Nike cool max compression baseball socks. The socks I got at Dicks sporting goods for $13.00 for 2 pairs, and the shirt and shorts I think were about $10.00 each at Wal-Mart. It breaths great, and it doesn't bunch up under your suit.

UnderArmor thigh length shorts (compression type). Any kind of long sleeve polypro shirt - silk weight. Cabelas Ultimax liner socks.

I've heard good feedback on the full body polypro suits as well - no personal experience.

Grndskpr tells me he uses PVC & talcum powder, but I don't believe him;

I think he uses baby oil & latex!

Under Armor - both long and short sleeves / legs.. depending on the weather... Cool max T -

Normally don't have too much difficulty removing the suit after a hot and sweaty day in the broasting suit..

there is just WAY too much information in some of these posts!

I've got a taichi wind-proof suit for cold weather, and it works great! leads me to think that their hot weather gear would also be aces

You are supposed to wear clothes underneath. Uh oh, uhm, yeah, uh.....

Well, if I had leathers, and it was hot, I'd wear the underarmour stuff, well, kinda do that anyway with my gear as it is.

Silk is the way to go. If you can't get silk, there are lightweight synthetics that work just as well. Since I can't find silks anymore, I use this stuff:

After doing a track day at Pocono in August, you really appreciate this stuff!

duo fold polypro long johns, jeans, a wool shirt and usually a sweater or sweatshirt. unless it gets cold, then i put on the electric vest first, and double up on the sweaters.
