First off, no offense to anyone who volunteered to help reassemble the bike but I decided to make it more of ritualistic time for me, the bike, and Sammie.
Today was 6 months and two days after the wreck and I rode to work today! I went for a spin around the neighborhood on Saturday and then made a longer daylight ride yesterday then today was the day of all days! I made it onto the interstate and managed the old comfortable 80mph with no worries! I hit my favorite exit ramp at speed and just like old times it felt damn good. Life is good in my world today!
Thanks again to every single one of you for all the well wishes, phone calls, cards, and visits during my recovery.

Ohh and to answer the question I have heard a million times:
Yes there will be a BBQ or three in March! Ya'all get ready!

Thanks everyone!
I am having a few small issues. My left shoulder gets sore after 30 minutes or so, and I still haven't entirely redeveloped all the muscles in my right leg so I struggle a bit to "retract the landing gear" when I am tired. LOL
Other than that, it just feels plain good to be back on the bike.
BD, and the rest of you... the door is always open if ya need a place to stop in while you're traveling.
