My first powered ride was a Motobecane. I bought it from my sister on my 16th birthday, and I haven't been without a bike since. MAny happy memories of buzzing around South East England on that machine. t

How funny. I inherited a Puch Maxi from my sister. After years of abuse and even more years in the shed I gave it to a couple of kids to play with. They came back less than 2 hours later to show me they'd cleaned it up, changed the gas and it'd fired right up.

I was only happy to have helped start another 2 boys on the way to 2-wheeled insanity.

aaaah....Motobecanes....my first ride was a Motobecane 51V, followed by a Mobylette, followed by a Peugeot 103....Polini's kits and pipes for them were hot commodities back then...haven't thought about that in quite a while....good times
