I'm not, even though it is only 40 minutes away. I didn't go last year, but the year before there was a tuber there. I didn't get the details on it as I didn't own a Buell then.

Don't be concerned about finding any Buell stuff there, they don't have anything there now, and didn't have anything even when they did carry the bikes.

I'm ridin' to Buell Corners, PA near Titusville, NW PA. Wasn't planning on leaving until 9:00, are you game?

Side note: How did you fare through all the flooding in the NE?

Dan

Dan, I would be down but already have a few people riding out to #1. It may be difficult to swing them another way.
What's the story with Buell Corners? Have heard the name but nothing further.

Luckily the dike around Williamsport is pretty high, so flooding didn't effect us much. I barely noticed a rise in the area's creeks.

Nothing special about BC, other than the name. Just wanted to go take a picture of the bike next to the town sign etc.

Plus the ride up Rt 36 looks to be a fun ride.

I'll talk to the other guy going w/ me and see if maybe we could postpone the BC ride a week and meet up w/ you guys.

Do you have time to do another ride while "down" here? If so, we have a Reservoir Ride that is a pretty nice mix of high speed sweepers and some technical curves. Full length of the Res. Ride is about 100 miles, but it is possible to shorten it to around 50/60. Plus there is a nice country ride from State College to Bellwood.

"Oh Blue Moon of Pennsyltucky won't you keep on shinin'"

My doctor lives in Cochranville, just west of The Brandywine Valley...HUGE Horse country.. I was absolutely awestruck by the landscape there...looks exactly like Louie'ville...enormous Horse farms, clean, well-kept roads, etc.
Some beautiful and diverse state you all have, thar.
and, of course, the Amish chicks....

Alan, change in plans. Looking forward to meeting up w/ you at the #1 show. Ras from the DC-MD-VA stormfront may come up, if the misses let's him out to play.

Any idea on time frame for arrival to #1? There is a neat little 50's diner downtown that we could possibly hit for lunch (or any other number of eaterys, for that matter)

Ahhh, forget the 50's diner....or any other eatery for that matter. I forgot about Clems BBQ, just a little out of the way, but definitely worth the trip.

Must have been a long work week.....
