I am looking for someone willing to measure the alternator rotors from an XB and S3 or let me know if they are the same. I am converting the S3 to XB 38amp 3 phase alternator...not concerned with regulator/stator combo, but prefer to use stock S3 rotor since these parts are not available from dealer separately from engine sprocket. Engine sprockets vary from 34T XB9R, 38T XB12, 35T S3. I do not want to change primary gearing, chain, etc. Any help much appreciated!

One of the posters near the bottom of the thread should be able to answer your question.
