Did you ever notice that weird and wired are the same only spelled different? But weird looks spelled wrong unless you spell it wrong as wierd where wrong looks more right but isn't.

Bud:
Vin ends in 02108, build date June or 2002.
On my 3rd stator. See Profile for specific miles.

I just mentioned it in another thread, the Accel stators come with a lifetime replacement warranty.

I've not had a stator fail yet (only 6,500 miles on a 2000 M2) but I'm thinking I'd probably buy an Accel as a replacement if it looked like it was a high failure item.

It's been stated that the Uly stator will fit, which models will it fit?
The S-1?
I figure mine is over due for failure so I should start doing my homework now.

@ chainsaw,

did you see the toasted stators ?

mine (2x the same place ) burnt the spools between the 3 wires

i'm not trying to bash anything, but my new one is looking way better isolated
and the part number is still the same ?

main difference between weird and wired is that the smoke is still in the weird... for some strange reason wires (stators too)don't work after the smoke is let out.

yep all electrical component operate on smoke.

You let it out and they quit working.

Each type of component uses a different type of smoke.
