So I wanted to buy one of those Jeremy McWilliams XBRR t-shirts from Warrs. I have a seen little chatter on the boards about this tee. I went to their online store. I looked and looked. I could not find anything like it. So I decided to email them to see if it was available.

This is what I got back.

Hi Matt

Thank you for your e-mail. What is XBRR?

Kind Regards

I have heard these guys are one of the best buell dealers? In the world? The same guys that sponsor the flagship Buell XBRR racing program?

most of the clothing managers I've met only care about HD clothing...buell apparel takes a back seat...I knew one chick that actually cancelled the ENTIRE order because it was taking too long...
I don't think the clothing people know they even sell bikes at the stores.

well put.
when you consider the (shakily contrived) notion that a only small portion of folks who wear HD clothing actually ride motorcycles, this isn't surprising

I had an opposite experience when I e-mailed Warrs and thanked them for the US appearence at Daytona and enquired about a shirt for purchase
John W promptly sent me a shirt Grattis

Tramp said it best cut-em some slack,
It happens I have to order my shirts here
and only recently has parts availability improved I'm rooting for the English because My local dealer aint road racing any more..

I had the same thing happen to me that happened to Oldog. John Warr seems like a real stand-up guy!

I'd try to contact one of their Buell people. They'll know about the XBRR.
There may not be any of the shirts left though, these things are usually done
on a short production run. If they get enough requests they may order another run
of shirts though.

You should also check and see if Hal's has any of their McWilliams shirts left.
They were selling a lot of them at homecoming!

Also don't forget the BRAG "the race is on" t-shirts with the XBRR on the front.

Matt,

I just PMed you John Warr's email address. I hope you'll write him, both so he can enlighten his sales staff, and so you can get your shirt.

Hey DiabloBrian,
How do you get ahold of a BRAG "The Race Is On" shirt? Was that a Homecoming-only thing? Inquiring BRAGgarts want to know!

Back on topic:
I have nothing but good to say about Warr's. I bought two of the McWilliams shirts and had good communication via website and email. Plus, they had an XLCR in their showroom when I was there last Fall!
